Where And When
Mediations should happen in a place where there can be some privacy, so there may be a special room that can be set aside for mediation, a classroom or the library. It is important that mediations take place where an adult is nearby just in case the mediators need help.
Most schools have mediations during break or lunch time, but your school should decide when is best – they may even be able to happen during or after school.
